At Memora & Grace, we want every order to arrive with care and meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Process

To request a return, please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging when the packaging is necessary to protect the product

Because many of our items are decorative keepsake pieces and may be fragile, please package returns carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any applicable handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order after your return is approved.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will help arrange a replacement when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume shipping periods.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building office, or the local carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist you with the next steps.
