Processing time includes order verification, quality checking, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, product availability, and fulfillment location.

Typical delivery estimates are:

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your location is not available at checkout, it may mean that we are currently unable to ship to your region.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. Some carriers may take time to scan and update tracking details.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements.

You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Fragile and Decorative Items

Many of our products are decorative keepsake pieces, figurines, ornaments, or gift items that may require careful packaging.

We do our best to package each item securely. However, please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged during delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Once we review the issue, we will help provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable in cases of failed delivery caused by customer-provided address issues.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • With your building office, front desk, or mailroom
  • With your local delivery carrier

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

After delivery, you may request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
